ALAN MANN Tribute Memorial
in honor of what would have been ALAN MANN's 50th Birthday
Come join us in celebrating the Life and Music of Alan Mann (1954-1987), a ground breaking Philadelphia singer/songwriter/bandleader/independent music pioneer.
Although known to the general public primarily for his familiar holiday song, Christmas on the Block, Alan was a unique and inspiring presence on the scene during his all-too-brief lifetime. The warm response to this tribute proves that he is well remembered by many and that his legacy deserves wider recognition.
Performers include: Kenn Kweder, Peter Stone Brown, Stewkey, Jimi Mooney, George Manney, Allen James, Randy Dance, Monk Manley, Flamin' Harry McGonigal, John Torres, Lisa Bell, Janet Bressler Band, Joel Hornikel and the Planets, Craig Elkins, Scott Bricklin, Don Lee Van Winkle, Dorothy Haug, Matt Sevier, Tom Gillam, Jamie O'Donnell and more! The evening will be hosted by Cyndy Drue and Ray Koob.
In keeping with Mann's credo of "free arts, fine enterprise", there will be no cover charge.
